Mill Hill Residence was big. The staff was nice, but they did not seem particularly warm like I didn't feel as though they were very interested in catering to specific needs. The parking was OK then we just saw a tour of the rooms, we didn't see too much else there. As far as the facility goes, it was very clean and well kept up, but it's a modern design, so it does not feel warm. It felt cold and the decoration was very commercial-like. It's not home-like. I was not impressed. The carpet was sort of stripy and that is hard for elders to keep their balance on. I thought it was poorly designed, even though it's lovely. If someone was coming there to visit on a vacation with the family, it would be fine, but it felt much more institutional than the other two places that I visited.
