Philip Manor is a small nursing home located on Linwood road in Lynn, MA near Union hospital. I am not employed by the nursing. I usually visit the nursing home regularly to assess seniors who receive private services from the nursing agency I work for. The nursing home building is secure and well maintained. Residents' rooms are clean, spacious and well decorated. Licensed nurses are available 24 hours to assist residents. Balanced meals are served regularly. Residents seem to interact freely with staff. I would recommend Philip Manor nursing home to seniors who prefer living in a small facility. However, I gave the nursing home 3 stars because it is located in a neighborhood that has a below average rating for safety.
