Horrible. My family member was there after a fall at home. PT was only given in the morning then she was left to sit in a wheelchair all day to sit in an unchanged diaper and no physical movement. When asked why she was not checked on or moved, response was “nurses are not required to do that”. So how is this rehab!? 30 minutes a day isn’t going to help much. Horrible staff, doctors trying to give unneeded meds, no checking patients who could be dead in there rooms for hours. So disappointed.

This has to be one of the worst facilities I have ever been to. The place was beyond dirty. Upon walking into the facility I was bombarded with the smell of urine. The carpets looked as though they hadn't been vacuumed in over a month. There were cob webs in the patient rooms, human feces on the patient nurse call buttons, used disposable gloves and coffee cup caps scattered on the floor and inoperable sinks in the patients bathrooms. There was an old patients wrist band in the corner (in plain view) which had been there for just over 1 month (we did not pick it up in order to see just how long it would sit there before the staff would clean it up). In one instance they plopped my friends lunch tray down and walked away. My mother had to ask "well, are you going to prop him up to eat? How is is supposed to eat laying down" The staff membrane huffed in annoyance, came back and adjusted him. My friend does not have any legs and needs help sitting up. There was an elderly patient in a wheel chair in the hall, the staff again plopped his lunch down on a tray what was almost out of arms reach. As the patient was trying to eat at least half of his food was falling on the floor. This man was only sitting 10 feet from the nurses stating and numerous people walked by him without doing a thing. When the man's son came to visit, he had to bring it to the staffs attention "how is he supposed to eat with his tray way out here?" the nurse/orderly/staff member began to argue with the son and was incredibly rude. The son wheeled the man away, leaving a ton of food on the floor. That food remained on the floor for over a half hour before someone swept it up. Numerous staff members walked by it and some even stepped in it as they walked by. The staff was incredibly rude and lazy. If you have a choice do NOT bring your loved one here.

Spent much time here visiting and saw things that you would not want to happen to your loved one. Very slow to respond to patients and annoyed at requests.

This place is exceptional, they were extremelly helpful, professional, caring, and my mom felt like she was "at home". I was forced to find a place for my mother when the housing authority asked me to find a place for my mother, who was living with me, because the apartment I lived in was not big enough for the 3 of us. There was nothing I could do, they were going to throw me out, mom went to the hospital, ended up staying for 10 days and before she was discharged, they gave us two referals. We went to see them both, and picked this one, and thanks God for that, Mom finished living her days there, she was there about 5 months, before the Alzheimer's monster killed her on May 29th. I will recommend this place very highly, it gave us the peace of mind we needed, and Mom passed away without any unnecesary treatments done.
