My mom admitted to the rehab floor in March. We weren’t able to visit due to the states restrictions but they were able to tell us how to set up visits and do calls with her right away. Once the state of emergency ended and they allowed vaccinated visits I was able to see my mom she has since moved to the long term nursing home floor with patients with dementia. She is thriving with the activities and the staff. Her personality has come back and she’s smiling. Linda in activities is always singing to my mom. I come in all the time now that I can and I’m happy I chose this place to care for mom. My number 1 priority is to have her safe and cared for and that’s what they do. She’s happy, taken care of and loved. It’s like a second family for her we were working on assisted living but now we’re keeping her there. Rooms are small but I don’t want my mom in her room all day anyway. They make the activities about the patient they do group ones but they spend one on one time. The food is okay and the kitchen always brings up a sandwich if mom doesn’t like it.

My grandmother has been a resident for a few years now and the care has gone noticeably down hill. She has Alzheimer’s and cannot communicate for herself, and the last few times I’ve visited her room has been dirty and messy, valuable items have been stolen or staff claims must have gotten “accidentally thrown out”. My grandmothers eyes were crusted over, it looked like no one had cleaned her face in days. There was a photograph of a random woman not related to the family on her nightstand!!! No staff on the floor checking on anyone. Miserable excuse for a healthcare facility’. Staff members always act irritated and rude. Tried to call to set up a FaceTime and got disconnected twice. Dropped off covers for my grandmothers bed and over a month later we went to visit and the covers were stuffed in a closet, not on the bed. The list goes on. If we had another option for care we would pursue it. Absolutely do not recommend this place.

The care is above and beyond especially Rebecca the nurse she has a big heart and clearly loves what she does... I can’t thank the nurses and nurses aides enough for going above and beyond

This place is horrible. Didn’t take care of my grandmother who had pancreatic cancer. She always had to use the bathroom and they ignored her for at least a half an hour. The day she passed we called multiple time the day she had passed and the staff only called back to say that she was passing. They are a horrible home and would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

My Grandmother was admitted to Peabody Glen (now CareOne at Peabody) in early January 2016, and stayed there for almost a month. I cannot say enough great things about this place! The staff was so sweet to her and took great care of her! I was so impressed with her care and her cleanliness; the cleanliness of the facility was fabulous too. We've had her in a few other places, but CareOne at Peabody has been the best by far. My Aunt actually said to me that my grandmother didn't have that "look of fear in her eyes" that she had in the other places, that spoke volumes to us. Everyone, especially the rehab there, did an amazing job getting her back to where she needed to be in order for her to go home. If the need arises again, we would definitely have her back there. Is the place a little dated looking? A little, but we were more interested in her receiving great care than anything else. I will never be enough words to show my gratitude or thank them enough for their wonderful care that went above and beyond; especially the nurse Vanny. What a treasure she is!

I visited Care One (Peabody Glen Health Care Center). They were super helpful. Anything that we asked for or needed, they took care of it. The place was very clean. It wasn’t quite to the level of another one I visited as far as their care offerings, but it was very, very nice. There wasn’t anything wrong with it, but it wasn’t as elaborate as the other place. The dining room was nice. They could improve by having more private rooms. Overall, it was a very good facility.

My grandmother was at Peabody Glen for over a year. She received very poor care!! The second floor staff was great, all of the aids were attentive and were very kind to my grandfather also. She was moved to the first floor when she started to further decline. The aids on the first floor were also kind but the unit manager Joanne , I believe, was awful. Not only did she withhold information from people in our family but she never treated anyone with compassion or even respect. My grandmother couldn't talk or move by the end, we had to advocate for her. We knew her better than anyone but many of our thoughts and opinions were disregarded. We kept her at this location because of the second floor staff and because my grandfather could easily take the ride there every day. Once she was moved to the first floor, we noticed the lack of compassion radiating from this nurse. This concerned us but my grandfather still wanted to see her. 2 months later, my grandfather died and my grandmother was far too ill to be transported. The day before she died, this nurse brought in a whole cart full of food and beverages. After she died, we never heard any condolences from her or anything, we had to pack up her stuff OURSELVES, despite the fact that we were all crying. I would not refer anyone here. Again, the aids are great and most of the nurses are very kind but one rude nurse can really change things for the patient and the family.

I have visited many nursing homes before deciding on Peabody Glen. The location is great and they have a decent outdoor space as well as indoor spaces where we can go as a family. Overall, the staff is friendly and inviting. As with any place, there will be ups and downs. We try to keep on top of issues and they are corrected immediately.

The staff and service at Peabody Glen is outstanding. You couldn't ask for a better place to have my loved one go to.
