I toured the place about a month prior to my mothers scheduled surgery along with several other nursing homes. My mother has been at several other facilities before, after coming to this facility I was very impressed with the quick recovery my mother maid along with the staff and general appearance of the building.

This center is located on the South Shore of Boston and staffed with CNA's from Haiti and other foreign countries. While visiting patients we have observed long waiting periods of time when requesting personal services such as bathroom needs, thirst. The staff was not friendly until we spoke up and they complained about the patients, brushing off their requests as " just being pesky". At the astronomical prices they charged, it was disgusting to see food on the floor and patients ignored. The odor permeating the area was unsanitary.
