We moved my dad into Sunrise of Plymouth Beach. It was close to home. When I toured the facility, it is just absolutely beautiful, and I just felt like it was going to be a perfect fit for him. And within one week, he is just thriving and enjoying himself, and it's been perfect. They have done everything that they said they were going to do, and they are so welcoming. It has just been a very easy transition for him, which is great. The staff is wonderful.
My dad is very happy with the food. They have different kinds of activities throughout the day. They seem to have everything. It's only been a week, but so far, so good. It's right across the street from the beach. He has an ocean view from his bedroom, which is beautiful. It's nice. It's 10 minutes from my house, and his granddaughter is five minutes away and it's just nice and convenient for all of us to be able to see him almost every day.

Sunrise of Plymouth Beach was very nice. The people were very nice. We weren't able to see a room, except from the hallway; we were only at the office. We did not get to sample the food, and we met some of the people who worked there. We were able to see the common area and the dining area.

Sunrise of Plymouth Beach is a great place. The people are fabulous, and the food is great. The place is amazingly clean. No matter what time of day or night you go, it always looks very nice. My father is settling in. They have an exercise class every day, a book club, socials every week, an entertainer comes in regularly, and there are all kinds of group activities, so you can be as active or as quiet as you want. The staff is fabulous, caring, kind, and very responsive. It has a homey feel to it.

We looked at this community. We had the director take us around and show us the different rooms that were available. The rooms were OK. We looked at a studio that looked very clean. There were maybe five or six residents that I saw when I was there. The director, Cris, was very accommodating.

My mother was at this facility good care to start and staff went above and beyond to make her comfortable.
4 months into her stay they couldn't find medication that was prescribed by her Dr.
The medication had been delivered according to the facility according to the pharmacy. A week later after numerous calls to the director and head of nursing nothing had been done and no call back from either one.
I was informed a week later by one of the nurses at the facility that they found her medicine at the bottom of her medicine box.
My mother suffered needlessly do to the lack of care she received.

I cannot say enough good things about the community. It's the best thing that's ever happened to me, it's the best thing that's ever happened to my mom. On a scale of one to one hundred, it's a hundred and twenty. The rooms are always clean. The food is wonderful. They take really good care of my mom.
