My mother has been in Bayberry at Emerald Court. It's assisted living and memory care, but it's private pay. So the funds I have for her is dwindling, so she needs to be moved. Our overall experience here has been very good. I go three times a week, so they know me, and she's been very happy there. But once your money runs out, then you need to go somewhere else. The staff is very good, and they respond very quickly. I'm there so often. If I have concerns or questions, they're addressed very quickly. My mother's a very fussy eater, so sometimes she'll say, "If I like it, I eat it. And if I don't like it, I don't."
The place is immaculate and the layout of the faciilty is very good. There are three floors, there's an elevator to access it, and it's very easy to maneuver around. Every day, from morning till early evening, there are activities, like they bake, they play games, they do exercises, and they keep them busy with bingo. They know the residents by name. I just feel that they're very, very good.

I went to Bayberry at Emerald Court, they were really nice, and that was my second choice. It looked like a nice building, it looked very clean, and the staff I was talking to was really nice. It had nice rooms, and the price was comparable to the other place. They did a lot of activities, they do little exercise classes, and they do painting, coloring, and just different things. The building is not very new, but it's kept up well.

I visited Bayberry at Emerald Court for my mother. It was clean and they have nice people. The people who live there seemed to be very comfortable and well kept. The apartment was small but that is to be expected. They have a library, game rooms, and meeting areas. I was there during the day and people were actively doing things. They have nice common areas and a nice dining area. It was definitely well maintained.

My mom is a resident on Avita. The staff ,especially Donna are the most caring, thoughtful people you would want your loved ones entrusted to. My mom is well cared for and the staff go out of their way to do this.

We did an in-person tour of Bayberry at Emerald Court. It was a very nice facility, it was probably the best one we saw, and I was the most impressed with that one. The woman we met was very nice, very patient, she took us around everything we could go see. We went to see some of the rooms, we saw the dining facilities, the activity facilities, she had the memory care director meet with us while we were there, and she was very informative of things going forward, and stuff like that. They were excellent as a matter of fact.
