Right now, I am using an in home service where somebody comes to my house. The name of the provider is Cerebral Palsy of Massachusetts. They provide a lot of services. They provide me with PCA service and whatever else they can do. I am happy with the service they provide because they work very well with their clients. I am happy with the program. They do things depending on what you need. The usual PCA service includes shopping, cleaning, running errands, and medication.

You can hire whomever you want to help you stay in your home to do cleaning, ie vacuuming, dishes, laundry, and help with showering, dressing, etc. Very caring people that work there and when you are accepted to their program you do the hiring and firing of the people who help you stay at home.
