My caregivers have helped me the most with the ease of use and the convenience.
I like the convenience of having an infusion at home rather than having to go to a hospital.

Based on my nurse and the quality of care she provides. She is reliable and knowledgeable on any questions in regards to the administration of the medications I receive.
My nursing care and having the same nurse over these past two years administering intravenous infusions and putting the needles into my arms built up a lot of trust with BrightStar Care.

They're very accommodating. I have difficult veins so they had to know what they were doing to find the vein for infusions.
They were constantly changing nurses which was frustrating.

I am not a nurse and cannot do IV's by myself, that is not something I felt comfortable doing myself. I wanted to feel confident that someone could do it safely. I could not have done this myself.
The people they have working for them are very impressive. The visiting nurses are excellent.

I do not have to go into a hospital to do blood work.
They can improve on the consistency in a nurse and it feels like different aspects of the care are being put on the patient.

Before doing home infusions, I had to go to an infusion center, but it was great when I started doing it at home. Having the nurse come to my home is amazing.
I think it would be helpful to have some sort of app or website where I can track my appointments and information like that. I do a lot of texting directly with the nurse.
