My dad has been at Orchard Cove for 2 weeks now. It is a very nice place. What they did was they converted some of the assisted living places into nursing facilities. Dad has a nice private room that looks like an assisted living apartment. The only thing it doesn't have is the kitchen area. The staff has just been wonderful. They are very caring and they're consistent. He has gotten to know their faces, so there's not a big turnover of faces every day. They seem to be taking very good care of him. He seems to like the meals, too. The whole facility is very big, but the nursing home area has only around 30 rooms and it's very quiet. They have a lot of activities for the residents.
