We choose Ascension Oaks because it is closer to family. They give good customer service. They are polite and keen to detail. The rooms are absolutely clean. They have activities. They go out shopping. They play bingo. I like the aesthetics, and the building is extremely clean.

My mother in law was a resident at Ascention Oaks for nearly 6 months. She was covered in bruises from being mishandled and often left sitting fof long periods of time in her own feces. She was also taken to the hospital to get stiches in her hand which happened while being showered by a CNA. Her shoes and clothes were stolen and the management never took any action to locate them.I would never put anyone in this place not even my dog!
