The Rayne Guest Home was one of the nursing homes that my sister first went into. They caught her smoking and had no recourse but ask her to leave. And they gave her a lot of chances to quit smoking, but my sister was determined. The staff was very nice. They really tried their best to take care of the residents, but there were some lapses with the care. I knew of a few residents that were left to their own for a while, so I think this is what they need to improve on.
