My mom has been in Restoration Senior Living of Covington. The facility is very nice and her room is really nice too. The staff is very caring and very good. My mother has a lot of eating problems with the stomach, so she is having problem with the food. The layout is excellent. I think the staff is very interested in getting her to adjust to her new environment. For the food, it's hard for me to say because she just has a lot of issues. She has congestive heart failure, she's got some issues with her stomach, so it's not really fair for me to say if there's something wrong with the food, 'cause it probably isn't, it's probably her. A lot of times they are confined to their room right now. She has been going to the doctor a lot, so when she comes back, she's quarantined for three days. As far as activities, I can't really give a mark on that right now. It's expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.

My mom is staying at Restoration Senior Living. It's only five minutes from my house, so their location is great. Also, I like that it's a very friendly, very clean place, and it's only two years old. The staff has really taken good care of her, and they're very accessible -- like you can talk to them and ask them questions. They're very helpful and just great people. They have a hair salon, manicures, and all kinds of games and activities that they play. They have arts and crafts and church services, as well -- whether you're Protestant or Catholic -- and a whole lot of different things. My mom has been very pleased with the food, too. She said it's very good.
