Avanti Senior Living at Covington was clean and well organized. The residents seemed satisfied. I went at mealtime and the meal was delicious. They appeared to have a lot of activities. The clients' rooms were spacious. They offered everything. They would take care of your laundry and housecleaning. They had all meals provided. You could either eat in the dining room or have room service. The staff appeared to be very friendly. Based on the information that I was sent, this appeared to be the newest one, and I thought it was a little pricier than the rest, it was well worth it.

Avanti Senior Living at Covington was very clean, and they have good activities. I saw people playing games and doing exercises. There were different activities going on. It was pretty nice. The apartments that I saw there were very nice and a nice size. They were very well organized. The people who work there were professionals. There was a nice exercise room, an activities room, an art room, and there were a lot of good activity spaces. It was friendly, clean, nice, and well arranged.

Avanti Senior Living at Covington was very accommodating and very nice. We looked at their assisted living and I want to compliment them because they worked hard to show us what they had available and I just haven't made up my mind. The place seemed very calm and relaxing. The people seem to get along with each other well too. It was tidy, neat, and clean.

My friend was in Avanti Senior Living at Covington. It's really nice, brand new, and cozy. It's really stylish. It's got a nice layout to the facility, and it had a nice feel to it. The location is kind of isolated, which was not something that I wanted for my mom. It's pretty far out for me, but it's really lovely. My friend seemed very happy there.

Avanti seems to be a new facility. They have more amenities and really nice social areas, and they said they have social gatherings in the afternoon, too. They have a salon there that the other ones didn't have. They have a fitness center that seems really nice, and in talking to the folks there, it seems like they are concentrating and focused on trying to help the residents to stay fit, keeping them going, and not just sitting all day. The staff was really nice and really friendly. They took their time to discuss what kind of care would be needed, and they tried to understand the situation. The place is very clean and well kept. They also showed me a calendar of activities.

I did an in-person tour of Avanti Senior Living at Covington. It was a fairly good visit. They're a little bit more booked up than the other places that I visited. I guess the population that I saw was older, in the 80 kind of range, than the others. It was a very nice facility, and the staff was accommodating. They could only show me a 2-bedroom that was going to come open or available in January. The other parts were actually very good, accommodation wise. The 2-bedroom was big enough, but the options weren't quite as good there. They had a full operating kitchen. Avanti was a little smaller than the others, and there's a little less availability of facilities. They combined assisted living with independent living.

Avanti was way too expensive, but the staff members were very good. It is five minutes from my house. If the budget allowed it, my mother-in-law would have gone there. I go to networking events for businesses in the area, and Avanti sponsors a lot of those. They're very active in the community and they're extremely nice. It's a beautiful community, and the rooms are high end. They're for different clientele, so it would not have worked for my mother-in-law. They have an art room, which I was impressed with.

My mother has been a resident since August 2018. We have seen a dramatic change in my mother given the friendly and hands on environment of the property. She has met many new people/friends and the staff has been excellent making her transition as seamless as possible. I would highly recommend this property to anyone in the St Tammany Parish area.

My mother is signed up to go to Avanti. They have a reading room and rooms where you can entertain the grandchildren with additional games. While we were there, they were doing some kind of Halloween game activity with all of the residents. They have quite a few things going on. The room looks like an apartment. They have a kitchen set-up and everything. It doesn't look utilitarian; it looks like a home, which is why we chose it. They felt like family when we walked in. They called to check on my mother even though we haven't moved in yet. The staff was warm and welcoming. They want to know what it is that my mother wants. The food is delicious. They really make an effort to have food in there that my mother would like to eat.

Beautiful, first class! Staff super nice and friendly. The fitness department is so impressive. I watched the residents do a weight class. The wheelchair participants looked very happy and they looked strong.

My dad is living in Avanti Senior Living at Covington. The place is new and it's in a new developing area. It's close to a hospital and clinic. It's beautiful and modern inside. The dining room is beautiful and the menu is great. The people are wonderful and the pricing is very great. They have a doctor who will come on site, and they take people to appointments. They have a full time fitness instructor, games, and happy hour for those who can have alcohol.

Avanti is brand new, but they don't have a lot of things outdoors because they don't have much land. Everything is on one level. They have an exercise room, a beauty parlor, a massage place, and a library. I'm getting ready to go there. I wanted a 2-bedroom, but the living room is very small. The person who assisted me was excellent. The food was very good.
