WELL LET ME START BY SAYING THE STAFF IS GREAT THERPY WORKS AND ALL ARE SWEET NURSES CARE AND ARE EASY TO RELATE TOO THE KITCHEN STAFF IS THE BEST OF ANY HOSPITAL FOOD I GIVE A 100 PERCENT THERPY IF YOU DONT GO AS SCHDULE THEY COME GET YOU I HAVE MADE CLOSE FRIEND WITH EVERYONE THERE FROM GREG AND BRITTNEY TO DEWANDA THE CLECK AND ALL MY NURSES LOL CANT PICK FAVES CAUSE THEY ALL GREAT TY SAGE FOR ALL YOU ODO MISS YOU ALL DAVID POCHE ILL BE BACK LOL

My Mom was at this facility for only two days and fell three time. After the second fall I wanted the facility to send her to the emergency room. The doctors and staff reassured me that she was okay. I examined her myself and she had multiple bruises from the fall and after the third fall I insisted she be sent to the ER. This facility does not have the appropriate Staff to Patient ratio to care for anyone.

Sage Rehab was great, and I would recommend that to anybody. Father did great there, and we love them. They don’t have an Alzheimer’s Unit or anything, but they worked with my dad so much -- the rehab, the OT/PT, and all those people. The food was really good; there was a lady that cooked all their meals, and those meals were great. All of the rooms are double rooms. It’s like the size of a hospital room, but it’s divided by the bathroom. It doesn’t seem like you are in a double, and the ceilings were very tall. They do puzzles, and different age people can go there too. Their rehab is great.

My daddy is staying here and I have only seen a caring, compassionate staff. The Social Worker is tops with me.
