All of the caregivers for my momma when she was there were great. They loved my momma and made sure she was taken care of.

My brother is now at Providence Pointe Healthcare. It has two rehab centers and therapy centers. It has two separate nursing stations. It has rehabilitation from release from the hospital onto 24-hour care, so you have time to be oriented. It has two cafeteria areas, a patio area, and a flat area for barbecuing and other events or family planning if somebody wanted to be outside the facility. It has personal hygiene care such as pedicures, manicures, and haircuts at the facility. It has vision, dental and hearing access about every six months at the facility. It has good COVID safety measures that would be good for your health both for the visitors and the residents. I was able to attend live music and live bingo, and they have prizes. The director of the activities is very nice. It's a nice place, it's big, and there's plenty of room and different levels.

I have a mother that's in this facility. She's had $180.00 cash that's been stolen from her glass case. And tried talking with social worker without a call back. Proceeded to try to file complaint with administration, without no call back. Mother tells me her bottom is sore ,sent ointment to her for bottom will not apply. Mom tells me that she's not receiving physical therapy that they say they've been giving her. My mom's eighty-three years old, and very unhappy, and was not signed in by me. She blames me for the cruelty she's suffering. God please intervene on this unkind,uncaring facility before my mother dies!

My uncle had rehab at Superior Care Home. It's very spacious, but they were a little short staffed. There were so many people in there. It was clean. The staff, the facility, and the exercise room where he did his rehab were very good. They had an area with a television and an area where they can go outside. It felt more like an institution, but it's beautiful. He was satisfied and we were, too.

I was pleased with Superior Care Home. The facility and staff were very nice. The apartments were roomy. The atmosphere was excellent.

Superior Care Home was a good place. They had a very good staff. My husband got good care when he was there. His room was spacious and the dining room was nice.
