The rooms are dirty and smell, the wall has feces on it, the carpets were stained and gross My in law was left in a chair in their own feces and urine for 6 hours until I came in and complained. They wouldn't try to get her up, she had to wait for days for a sponge bath because they told me they only give showers two days a week. I moved them to another facility and upon checking her the bed sore she had was worse and her incision was infected. DO NOT GO HERE EVER.

My father has been in Park Terrace Health Campus for a couple of weeks now. So far, I'm happy with everything and it seems like a nice place. I'm not disappointed. He's been in quarantine the whole time and he's just coming out of quarantine today. Today's the first time he'll be out of his room. He's just been stuck in his room since he's been there. They had to put him in quarantine because he had never had a Covid shot. He hasn't even got to do anything or meet any of the other people, which I think will help him when he's around some other people his age. He's been locked in his room and none of the other people except the staff could come in his room. He's in skilled nursing. He's in a private room and the accommodations are nice. The food seems pretty good. I'm always just there in the room with him, too, but they got the nurses that come around every couple of hours and check everything to make sure they're OK. Everything seems pretty good. I wish to see him doing stuff. I see activities going on all the time, but I haven't personally got involved or seen what they were doing. That's part of the problem with him being on curfew, but I see that they have a lot of activities available.

My mom loved the food. The nurses and assistants were nice. Here second room was clean. The activity director came around often and invited my mom to participate. Our mother had a stroke and we had no experience with stroke patients therefore asked many many questions. The physical therapy staff seemed bothered by our inquiries. The social worker is where we had our most trouble. Although I was there every day, I was informed of my mom's discharge via a telephone voice mail on a Friday afternoon. She had neglected to order my mom the medical equipment she needed upon her discharge. I spoke with the secretary in administration and was told everyone was gone for the day and she had no way of contacting anyone. I had to call Medicare to stop the process until my mom received what she needed before she was discharged. I voiced my concerns to the Director of Nursing who listened and assured me that mom would get what she needed before discharge. I also asked to speak with the administrator on two occasions, but he was unavailable,.

Absolutely do not let anyone stay here. Unprofessional and understaffed. Terrible caregivers.

Awful!!! My wife was there for 4 days .one attendant for 15 people.managment cocky.would not put my dog in there.worst experience ever!!!

While my grand mother was there your staff washed her off only once a week, somehow you broke her arm, let her get assaulted by another resident, and then on 05/23/2020 she died while in your care

Our experience with Park Terrace Health Campus has been great. The staff is outstanding, they take great care of my mother-in-law, and I can't say enough about them. The food is not bad. I spoke to the higher ups because it seems they serve some stuff that the seniors have trouble eating. Like food that's not easy for them to cut up, or hard for them to chew. The place itself is very clean.

My mother-in-law spent some time in rehab at Park Terrace Health Campus for one week, and it was very helpful. The staff was excellent, and the food was fine. They did everything they could do.

My mom stayed at Park Terrace. When we communicated concerns with the staff, it did not seem to be carried over from one person to the next. We wanted her to have milk with every meal and in four weeks, we could never get that to happen. The meals that they brought had nothing to drink. It seemed like a very simple thing. There were times when she was in a diaper, and there were times when we would arrive, and she was dirty. They were understaffed and impacting the patients themselves. They had young people with very little training as compared to the where my mother is now. We encountered problem after problem with her care because there seemed to be no communication. However, the environment was very nice and very clean and without odor. The facility looked good. We were very pleased, but she just was not given the right care. When we pointed out the problems, we were very nicely told that they would be addressed and they were not.

My aunt is at Park Terrace. They have a nice common area where they can sit and watch a big-screen TV. Their dining area is wonderful. The food is good. You go in nursing homes and the first thing that smacks you in the face is the urine. You do not smell that with Park Terrace. The staff is real good. They have some turnover, but there are 3 or 4 girls who take care of her. They do a phenomenal job. The cleanliness is wonderful. You very rarely ever see anything that needs to be mopped up or swept up. It's taken care of pretty quick. They're the best of everything.
