Traditions at Beaumont is located in the Fern Creek area of southeast Louisville, on Old Bardstown Road, just off of Bardstown Road, just one mile from Interstate 265. Traditions at Beaumont is easily accessible from any location in the metro area.

Traditions at Beaumont is a rental community with no large entry fee or endowment. Residents are served by providing superior, yet reasonably priced accommodations and services in a peaceful, quiet resort-like atmosphere. Living options include independent living residences, assisted living and memory care.

Traditions at Beaumont creates a warm, safe, secure, friendly home-like environment, promoting independence and self-esteem for all residents.

ASSISTED LIVING

Traditions at Beaumont features a comfortable setting for seniors who need assistance with personal care and daily living activities. We use a unique "Select Your Care" program to create a personal support plan specifically tailored to your needs. This may include support with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and assistance with self-administration of medication. All care is coordinated by our 24-hour professional staff. For added peace of mind, an emergency response system is provided. The personal support plan is designed to enhance dignity and independence through a variety of recreational, social, physical and spiritual programs that convey the exceptional lifestyle for which Traditions at Beaumont is known.

MEMORY CARE

Traditions at Beaumont provides a safe, comforting environment for seniors experiencing various forms of memory loss. We take the time to learn each person's unique life story in order to develop a comprehensive service plan for them. This individualized program incorporates both physical and emotional stimulation to support the resident's highest level of function and maximize quality of life. A state-of-the-art security system is provided, which allows residents to live independently while remaining within the comfort of a secured environment.

The Residences are conveniently located on our beautiful campus, with easy access to the main building that features a full service restaurant, chapel, movie theater, beauty salon and fitness room, as well as a monthly calendar of events. Scheduled transportation is available on a weekly basis at our independent living in Louisville.

The Independent Living Residences at Traditions at Beaumont offer maintenance-free active retirement living. My brother has been a resident of Traditions at Beaumont for a week now. They were very welcoming, and very accommodating, and they made the move-in very easy. We were very happy. He has talked about how friendly the people are. He feels comfortable there. They have a lot of activities, too.

We really like Traditions at Beaumont. It was an amazing place. The directors were amazing and sympathetic. However, one thing I was concerned about with this place was that they had a second floor. My mother has hip trouble, so I don't know if she would have been able to get to the elevator. Nevertheless, they called and followed up. They were very caring. The place was beautiful.

Traditions at Beaumont is a wonderful place, it's clean, and the food is beautiful. I enjoy the food. I enjoy the people. The director of the institution goes into the kitchen everyday and washes dishes. They will do anything to make your life easier. They have trips, they're organizing an outing to the Newport Aquarium in about a month, they take you to your doctors' appointments, and we go out to eat at different restaurants. There's a game room with all kinds of games like bingo and poker.

Moved mom into a large 2 bedroom apt. It is just like a real home but with a wonderful staff who looks after her every need. They are such lovely people who genuinely care about the residence in their care. The food is amazing and plentiful. This place is beautiful inside and out. Best thing we ever did for mom!!????

Traditions at Beaumont was new and modern. The staff was very nice. They had studio apartments that were small, but the one-bedroom apartments were nice. They had regular houses, too.

My mother moved in to Traditions at Beaumont. She’s been there for about 2 weeks. She’s living in a small cottage in a little garden home in the complex. The food is wonderful, and the people there are extremely accommodating. They act like she’s the only person they have. They’ve just been wonderful all the way around. They have a lot of things she’s going to join. They have Bridge and a senior fitness center. I can’t say enough good about them.

Traditions at Beaumont is wonderful and extremely clean. They cater to everything. She can eat either at the kitchen or their dining room for $6 a meal and that is unbelievable. She can order anything she wants. Their dining area looks like a very, very large restaurant. I met three or four of their staff who are somewhat young and courteous. The way they interact with the elderly is very respectful. I love it. Their grounds look like a high-end country club. It’s very nice, neat, and very well planned. They are the best!

Traditions is a beautiful campus, everything is new, and everything is coordinated. They have a restaurant and a restaurant, and they have a happy hour once a day. They have a big screen TV and a very nice foyer. The staff was very nice, they offered us food, but we did not eat there. The rooms are very nice, they have several different floor plans, and they accommodate to the present. The place is really large that we think grandmother might get lost.

I visited Traditions at Beaumont. The rooms were nice and spacious. It was our number-one choice. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Their dining space was an open area.
