Magnolia Springs Louisville was very nice and very efficient. The gal who arranged the tours got back to me several times just to see if we had come to any decision or anything, but the way it was laid out was not going to be feasible for us. The people were lovely and really nice, but we just needed something with a little bigger kitchen with more cabinets, and a little more space in the bedrooms.
I felt like the place needed to be freshened up a little bit too, but that was just my opinion. Nothing was dirty or anything like that. I would have also liked to have seen a little bit more assortment on the menus. Their menu was very adequate but very standard. Other than that, the residents loved it there, so none of that was really a huge concern.

My mom moved into Magnolia Springs Louisville. They have a friendly and very caring staff. The facility was immaculately clean. The residents were very active, and there were so many activities for them to do. They have a back patio, flowers everywhere, and they have a schedule of events. It's just a beautiful place, and I felt like they would take good care of her.
They called out all the residents by name as we were walking through the hall and said hello to everyone. They have called me to check on me and mom, and now the transition's going. They were all very knowledgeable. I think they had seven different people stop by to welcome her. I mean, they have just been wonderful. They have a lot of activities. I thought that they were very competitively priced.

Magnolia Springs Louisville was absolutely beautiful. I love the meal service. I love the rooms. I love the fact that there is a gym there. The dining area was very spacious and very elegant. The food looked wonderful, and the aroma was fantastic. The room was very spacious. The bathroom and the closet were nice. I liked it. The staff seemed very helpful, very courteous, and very personable. There's a little snack bar any time that you want it. They have games going on like poker (if you're a poker player), and they had a puzzle going, which I love.

Magnolia Springs Louisville was super nice. When you walk in, it's spacious, big, well taken care of, and clean. The staff was super nice. She showed me the room, the dining room, the snack area, and the laundry room. She showed me around pretty well. It was just beautiful. It's like a really fancy hotel. I observed some of the ladies getting their fingernails painted. The rooms were very nice, clean, and updated. It's a really nice-looking place. It's nice on the outside and nice on the inside.

The rooms at Magnolia Springs were acceptable. The dining area was excellent, and the staff was very open and communicative with all the residents.

My sister is at Magnolia Springs East, and I am very happy with the care that she is receiving. The staff is very attentive, and they work at her own pricing. She did participate with the activities, and she did some artwork there originally. It was a good experience for her, and she did decide to stay with the facility.

Magnolia Springs is located in a less commercial area, so it's less busy and has less traffic. More relaxed, quiet, peaceful, and has ample parking for my car. The place was very clean and well-kept. The dining area is huge, and it’s very good that I had lunch there the first day with my daughter. The people were extremely friendly, and they came up and introduced themselves to us. I happened to get a one-bedroom, like a studio apartment.

This facility was extremely nice. There were living areas at the end of each hallway which had large, flat screen tvs. The decor was unoffensive and homey, although old-fashioned. The dining area was by far the most impressive part of the facility. There was a large double sided fireplace in the middle of the room, and a chef on staff. There was also a mini mart in the facility, where snacks such as icecream, cereal, and other foods were held for the patrons to have at any time free of charge. Furthermore, there was a busy schedule available every day for the patrons to enjoy, such as nail care (and a salon in the facility), a movie theater, performances in the lunge during happy hour, and daily exercise. There was also a personal car available as well as a group bus. Overall, I found the facility very nice, and the staff was extremely friendly.
