Covington Ladies Home is small and personalized. It's been a lady's home for 125 years. It's a big old mansion, but it's very well kept and updated. It's beautiful and they keep it very clean. The staff is very caring and that's the most important thing. My mom has been there for almost five weeks now. She loves the food. The staff everyone I've dealt with is very friendly and on top of things. They call me for every little thing.
The only drawback for a 125-year old building is there are no individual toilets in each room. There are sinks, vanity mirror, but you have to go two doors down for a toilet and shower. I thought that doesn't really bother her or me much. But it would be great if they could get modernized and put in bathrooms in each room.
