About This Community

Live the Life You Love At Magnolia Springs Florence

Who says moving to a senior living community means giving up your sense of independence? Magnolia Springs embraces the fact you are your own person, different, unique, one-of-a-kind—with your own lifestyle, pursuits, and hopes for the future. Even better, we celebrate it! Each and every day. That’s just our way. The Magnolia Springs Way.

Assisted Living. Count on assistance your way.

At Magnolia Springs, residents in Assisted Living enjoy freedom, choice, and flexibility even though they need a little assistance with the activities of daily living. The Magnolia Springs Way means you call the shots. Eat when you want. Sleep in or rise early. Be social or stay put. We’re just here to empower you to do it.

Before you move in, we take the time to work with you and your family to line up the individualized services that will make your life better—from assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and medication reminders to personal laundry service. Once you’re settled in, we routinely evaluate services you receive to make sure they continue to meet your changing needs.

Memory Way. It’s memory care you can rely on.

Memory Way at Magnolia Springs embraces and celebrates everything our residents do—from dressing for the day to baking a cake or writing a letter. Using our nationally recognized Heartfelt CONNECTIONS™ Memory Care Program, we capture details about each resident’s family, friends, career, hobbies, likes, and dislikes. Then we apply that lasting legacy of details to daily activity programming—creating success stories one small victory at a time.

Inviting families to participate is also key to our program, so we host support group meetings. As a family member of a resident at Magnolia Way, you’ll gain a better understanding of the disease and how to make the most of your time visiting your loved one here.

I love Magnolia Springs Florence. I love everything about it. It's beautiful. People were milling around and doing activities. The staff were all very nice. It's very clean. The landscaping was immaculate. My mom didn't care for it mainly because of the location. It's farther away from her. The staff was very friendly. She could tell my mom was struggling, so she brought her wheelchair and made sure she was comfortable. They had a workout room, they had a pool table room, and they had a theater with a big movie screen. The dining area was spacious and looked nice. They had a barbershop. I like how clean and pretty the place was. It's a very beautiful facility, which is very nice. I would live there. The whole facility is beautiful and very well kept. There are four or five landscapers there working.

My mother moved into Magnolia Springs Florence. They're very inclusive. She has everything she needs there. She's made a lot of new friends. The staff is very supportive and just really, really good. My mom's very happy with the food. They have a movie theater. They have a church service. The grounds are beautiful. They have walking paths, and it's pet friendly. The rooms are very nice, depending on what plan you have for your relative there. It's like an all inclusive. They have everything. The staff is just very accommodating and friendly. It's just a really nice place. My mom at first didn't make any friends or anything, just a little bit; but now that she's got friends there, she loves it. She really enjoys it. They treat them with respect. My friend and I were saying it was like a college dorm for seniors. They have a lot of fun.

I toured Magnolia Springs Florence. I felt that the marketing person was outstanding, accommodating, personable, and willing to make everything work for your circumstances. I thought that was remarkable. Everybody was very accommodating, pleasant, and smiling. They gave me a pie, and it was delicious. It was neat and clean, and it was spacious. They do go out of their way to make sure that the residents have something to do.

My mother moved into Magnolia Springs Florence a week and a half ago. She really likes it, and I think it's gonna be a good setting for her. The only disadvantage is that it's a little far from me, but she seems to be bearing up well to that. She did get her shot, she'll get the second one towards the end of January, and they're hoping things will ease up visit wise. We ended up with a 1-bedroom. As you go in the door, it's got a line of cabinets and things, a counter and cabinets, a small sink, no cooking arrangements, but there's a microwave and a refrigerator. As you go into the room, it opens up to a living space, and it's adequate. There's a bedroom and a closet off of the living room, I guess, for overflow clothing, which my mom probably will use eventually. They have an activity director, and they have a lot of activities. It's a very nice place. Exercise things were in a separate place, so many of them had just been sitting about. I think that was a nice feature, although that was not the deciding factor. When it's prettier, there is a lot of room to walk outside, and mom can walk some. She seems quite happy, and she's also started some activities. She signed up for exercise and another activity.

Magnolia Springs Florence was excellent, really nice and fairly new. The staff was really nice. They had shuffleboard and they do bus trips. They also have a theater. The room I was shown was large, nice, bright and comfortable. The dining room is really nice and spacious, and they also had a snack area. The place was more home-like.

My mother is in Magnolia Springs and doing great. She is walking better and is not as shaky as she was. They take really good care of her. I am really happy with it. We chose it because it is a gorgeous place in her price range.

My sister is in Magnolia Springs. They are very good, friendly, and very accommodating. The rooms are clean. They have all kinds of things available, like bistros, a movie theater, and an exercise room. The people and staff have been good and seem to care. I have eaten there, and they have very good food. The staff is trying get the residents introduced to each other. I have been satisfied with what they are doing with my sister.

Magnolia Springs was brand new and just opened. They had a wonderful facility with a bistro, many card rooms, and people who come in at night and check on them. The place was expensive, which is why we didn't go there. They had a nice place where you could bring your own food and cook Christmas dinner.
