My mom is at Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethtown, and it's been good so far. It needs updating, but they are opening a new facility in November. Her room was fine. I like that they seem to be pretty hands-on. They do activities with the people, they seem to be caring, and they know what's going on with the patients.
But I think it was extremely expensive.
Absolutely best staff and care

The building is older but very clean. The staff was wonderful with mom and was able to get her walking again so she could return home. While mom was there she had her hair done and enjoyed arts and craft activities. If we ever need rehab again we will definately return to Signature of Elizabethtown.
