My sister is in and out of Franciscan Health Care Center. It's a nice place and I have no problems with nobody there. She was in a private room, it's nice and big, she has a closet, couch, and bathroom in there. They have activities for the residents like bingo, and so on. Last Friday, a friend took her into the main lobby and they had karaoke. The staff was nice, they bent over backward to meet her needs, and they were wonderful. Everybody loves my sister there. It's all on one floor, they've got certain wings, but everything's on one level.

I took my aunt to Franciscan Health Care Center for her rehab. She only had 20 days under Medicare guidelines, so after that I had to find her another place with a Medicaid bed. With this COVID issue, no one's even entered. She's happy and would have liked to stay there. They kind of give you a little more personal thing, even when she's there I at least get to talk to the director and the people at the desk. So even if I didn't go to her room at least I got to talk to people face to face.

Franciscan Health Care Center was good. It wasn't quite as fancy, but it was nice. They had a guy playing a guitar and singing, and they had drinks and little appetizers.

I stayed at Franciscan Health Care Center. I thought it was excellent. The rooms were very clean. The food was good. The dining room was more cafeteria-style. The activities were OK. For entertainment, they brought in musical groups. Physical therapy was one of the best things I can say about it. They were excellent and much more considerate of what my needs really were.

We visited Francisan Health Care Center a month ago. It's a very nice and clean facility. The staff was very nice. There's an emergency call button for each room, like in a hospital, if there's an emergency.

Franciscan Healthcare Center was good. My mom was there for about a month at most. From what I saw, the dining area seemed to be very nice and very clean. I never ate the food, but my mom, who is a very picky eater, ate pretty well, so it must have been decent. The room she was in was very nice. The community was a little bit older, but they kept it up well. It definitely was very clean and very well maintained. They had activities besides rehab, like basic crafts, musicals, and ice cream bars once in awhile. People seemed to be enjoying it.

I visited my mother at this facility twice a week. It was always clean when I visited and my mother was taken care of very well. She was checked every two hours for incontinence issues, she loved the food that was prepared for her, and from what I seen and heard, the staff was very good to her.

The building and set up are very welcoming, but the staff is rude. I walked into my fathers room to find him soaked in urine. No one had been in the room to check up on him. When I confronted the staff about the issue, they insisted that he must have just wet the bed, because they make sure to check on their residents frequently. The urine was mostly dry when I got there, so it had obviously been there for quite some time. There are always residents roaming aroung the hall ways with zero supervision. The food is horrible. When calling for a nurse, expect to wait at least five minutes on most occasions. They leave trash in the rooms, talk on their cell phone instead of doing their jobs, and absolutely love to joke around and pretend like they aren't at work. They don't realize that they have someone's life in their hands. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOME.
