Bluegrass Assisted Living combines two separate senior assisted living facilities and two memory care communities in two different cities… right here in Central Kentucky.
Established in 2001, our senior living communities provide one of the area’s widest varieties of competent, compassionate care through a strict assurance program.

The Senior Life Programs at Bluegrass Assisted Living Bardstown and Bluegrass Assisted Living Elizabethtown, KY, provide our residents with a wide variety of activities and enrichment programs resulting in interactive, educational opportunities.
Bluegrass residents can participate in various social activities focusing on improving and maintaining their quality of life.
