My Mom lives here. It is a nice community. Very welcoming, they have several activities to choose from- exercise, cards, dominoes and Bible Studies etc. The apartments are small, but seem just right for one person. No lawn care or snow removal or even light bulb changing in high ceiling areas. Secure entry on the Apt. building.Very safe neighborhood. The apt. Is Surrounded by little townhomes if you prefer a more private house like atmosphere with a garage. In short the perfect place to retire.

I have talked with them and have an application to send in. They only have 4 townhouses and they are currently occupied and there is a waiting list. Many on the list can't make the move until there home is sold. The cost is very reasonable and they rent from month to month with no lease contract. On the negative side they only have one car garages. They are very small but also have an apartment facility very close by with meals available and some other amenities, available to the town house residences.
