My dad was a resident of The Healthcare Resort of Olathe. If there was a low score of zero, that's what I would give them. It was a horrible experience. They need to improve on cleanliness, responsiveness, and just overall level of care.
My dad had a situation where he needed help. He couldn't get up to go to the bathroom, and they weren't checking on him in the middle of the night. He would sit in soiled pants for hours. They would not bring him breakfast until almost 10:00 in the morning sometimes; and there were times at 2:30 in the afternoon where I was having to go search for where his lunch was. The rooms were dark and drab.
