Rosewood Place was a very nice and clean facility. They didn't have anything available at the time that I visited, but they may have something new in three or four months. They had a very nice room. As you come in, the kitchen is to your left with some cabinets. The bathroom was very nice too. Then they have a washer and dryer, one-bedroom, and a living room. It was not large, but it's nice for two people. I liked the lady who gave the tour. She was informative, nice, and answered your questions. She told me a lot about Rosewood Place.

I love living here. The apartment is just the right size for me & my pet. That is another reason I love living here is it is very pet friendly. There is a lovely balcony on all the upper floors & patios on the ground floors. The management here is great!! Our manager Jill has gotten our parking lot redone & fixed all the sidewalks which previous management never got done. Jill is very responsive to the residents’ needs & really cares about us. Our maintenance staff Ken is quick to respond to repairs. We have the best housekeeper we have ever had.

This place was a good place to live, with James and Sara making it that way, they were nice, kind, great people you could talk to, they stayed until pass closing time to make sure everyone paid their rent on time, until after they both left it went downhill from there, then SHE, came along: the new manager, the apartments are drafty, they are not insulated properly, it's now falling apart, someone kept putting super glue in the keyhole, never found out who it was, kept pulling the fire alarm at all hours of the night, which prompted the fire department to make an appearance, and annoyed every person on the fourth floor. I will say this as a warning if you don't want to be living in fear of being evicted by the manager over one small mistake like a woman was just two months after moving in for accidentally feeding a stray cat which she wasn't even aware of that being a rule, of being ratted out by the Rosewood Snitches, don't place your mother or father in this horrid facility, they close the office in the middle of the afternoon, and don't return who does that!?

Rosewood Place allows seniors and all ages of people with disabilities to live here. Even though the social groups are growing smaller, some of the most attended ones are Bingo, Bunko and Painting. The office is open Mondays thru Fridays and the employees are considered management vs. staff. There is no meals provided, but residents can sign up for Meals On Wheels. Apartments have W/D in each apartment. The turnaround in management is constant.***No Meals Provided.***

Absolutely perfect. The manager, Sara and also James are the best. All of my friends here are happy here. Top notch maintenance guys. Very clean, quiet, safe. I've lived in apartments for years and have never had such a good experience. Come visit and talk with residents in the lobby!

I really liked Rosewood Place. It was a very well-run place. It had laundry in the apartments and they furnished the washer and dryer. Each one has its own balcony, a little den and mostly it was two-bedroom, but I was only interested in one-bedroom. The one-bedroom that I am signing up for was $610 a month. The thing that I really liked about it was its independence and they had different kinds of occupational things going on in there. I was happy with my visit and I would recommend it to anyone.

We looked at Rosewood Senior Living online for my mom and sought it out. The spaciousness, the price and the cleanliness were important for her. The rooms are very generous in size. The staff are friendly, extremely helpful and very accommodating. The community itself is very outgoing. The facility is extremely clean and bright. It's also close to grocery stores, pharmacy and several restaurants.
