We moved my mother into Rose Estates back in November. My mother was full of anxiety and remorse about losing her independence following a stroke. With COVID, it was become more and more difficult for her to care for herself on her own and we worried about the daily isolation and loneliness. It was important to us that her experience was as smooth and positive as possible. The staff at Rose Estates has been warm and welcoming. An example, my mom was worried about running out of dog food and one of their folks went a pick some up for her. She loves the activities, loves the 3 prepared meals a day and talks about her trips to walmart, entertainment--even Elvis came to visit!
As with any transition like this there have been a few bumps, but they have done their best to make them right. She is still adjusting and overall we are very pleased with the experience so far. We are very please with the decision to move her here.

My mother has lived at Rose Estates for a few years now. She is very happy with it! She likes her apartment! She enjoys the live music and the outdoor patio. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The residents are kind and courteous. The director is doing a great job of navigating through this challenging season. Way to Go Rose Estates! Keep Up the Wonderful work!

My parents are living in Rose Estates Assisted Living. Sometimes, I get different feedback from my parents, but they seem to be well taken care of. We've never noticed any unusual bruising and they never said that they've been mistreated. Their care has been good and the staff seems to be very good. One of my parents liked the food and said it was great, but mama does not think it's so good because she was always the cook in the family. I've eaten there before several times, and it's fine. It's good food, but it's not spiced up.
The room seems fine for cleanliness, but there are items in the center that need to be repaired and they haven't been repaired forever. Ever since my parents moved in, their 1-bedroom door hasn't worked and they never got it fixed. I think they're shorthanded. They have a patio that's very nice and that you could go out and sit on. The reason we wanted my parents to move there is to get them closer to us. The facility is bad; we just wanted them closer. They always have events and they even have a calendar they put up, but everything's been cancelled now because of COVID, so they haven't been doing much of anything right now. Also, I've been looking at some of the other rates of other places, and Rose Estates is a little on the higher end.

Rose Estates Assisted Living was lovely. The rooms were very nice. The staff seemed attentive to the residents. It was very clean. The dining room was nicely set up, not overly huge, and pleasant, with tablecloths and centerpieces. They have a private dining room if you want to have your family over for dinner. They also have a library.

My mother-in-law moved into Rose Estates Assisted Living in May, and she is happy where she is. It's small and perfect for her. She can go to church, go to exercise classes, listen to music, book clubs, a lot of activities that she can do that she enjoys. They serve 3 meals. They have ice cream socials 2 or 3 times a week, party after meal socials, people come in and do music on Friday afternoons, and snacks. They do a really good job. Everybody was smiling -- not just the residents but the employees as well. It's one of the best priced ones out there. She fell the other day and rang her bell, and they came. They do what they need to do to make her life better. They're very responsive.

Our loved one lives there and the facility is having serious problems providing help especially on the night shift, though problems frequently occur on the other shifts as well. The place is clean and staff is friendly. Food has taken a decline and so had the service in the dining room. Knowing what I know now, I would've not selected Rose Estates.

I went to Rose Estates. It is simply an assisted living facility, but it is a very nice place. Once you get in there, and say you run out of money in the assisted living, they won’t put you out, they would keep you there. That’s their ruling when you go in there. The people were very friendly. They immediately greeted me. They even wanted me to sit down and play the Wii with them. The administrator was very nice in showing me around. They also have a pool and a hot tub. When I do go into assisted living, that’s where I will go.

The one that we favored the most was Rose Estates. The reason for this is because, first of all, I talked directly to the director of the facility when I first went there. I didn’t talk to some salesperson like you do everywhere else. Secondly, he and I hit it off. I have a lot of respect for him. The examination of the facility was very satisfactory. While it is not terribly large, it is large enough. It has all of the facilities, a very nice dining room, and nice activities.

We also visited Rose Estates. They were very professional, and I could have placed her there as well. Long hallways and a lot of people, and that was my deterrence for that. They had a lot of things to offer, things she would have enjoyed maybe. I was very impressed with one of the staff; he was very thorough, and he is trying to work with me in every way he could and how to make the right thing available for her. The entire facility was beautiful and clean, and the people I met seem very nice. The other people that I ran into that were working there were also congenial, friendly, and very helpful. It’s a nice facility, well-kept, there were lots of opportunities for activities, and they seemed to be very caring people. They had all that in place. It was too much to travel for her.

Rose Estates was very nice. I really liked it. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Their food was probably better than any of the other places I went to, and you could order whatever you wanted. It was a smaller facility.

It was a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. Rose Estates was very nice and pretty neat. The one-bedroom is tiny, and I wouldn't suggest that for a couple at all. The two-bedroom is definitely just about right for two people. They took them around in a shuttle going to Wal-Mart once a week or to something really nice like going to a Royals game.

Rose Estates was lovely. They were kind, friendly, and helpful. The rooms and apartments were spacious, very neat, and updated. They have a nice kitchen; of all the places I went they have the nicest kitchen. They had a wonderful dining area with lots of choices every day. It’s kind of like a restaurant; you could go in anytime of the time and order anything you want. They have exercise, movies, ice cream time, and music. It looks very secure.

My daughter-in-law picked Rose Estates. It was a wonderful place to live in. The staff were exceptionally good and they were always willing to help in anyway they could. The entire community was friendly. The place was always kept immaculate. The food was just average.

Rose Estates didn't have the facilities for the care that my sister-in-law needed. They have lots of activities but most of their residents are ambulatory, so my sister-in-law wouldn't fit in there. However, they did have very nice rooms. There was also a dog that lives there and I like that. I believe animals are good for people.
