It was a very pleasant short term stay. The staff were not only very efficient, but very caring, and personable. Since I live out of the area, I was not familiar with the facility and I checked ratings, which were misleading. Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of my mother. The only comment is- a phone in the patient's room would have been helpful for out of town relatives who were trying to call.

We're familiar with Good Samaritan Society because that's where my grandmother was. It is also very close to where my mother is currently. She likes the fact that she is only about a mile away from where her current apartment was. The facility itself is in very good condition. It is also very clean. Their rooms look nice. The people there are very friendly. I noticed that they seemed to be pleased and happy being there.

This facility has not been staffed properly. My mother was there and she was not receiving her medication and the nurse was saying that they did not receive it. Some of the staff are rude and they are not taking a good care of the residents.

The facility overall is understaffed. It is a decent setup but some of the workers can be rude and not helpful. The residents in the assisted living part of the facility seem friendly and happy. They deserve to be treated in the same manner. The facility needs to staff and train better to provide their residents with the quality of life expected. Staff needs to be more attentive and helpful. I've heard complaints for several people on these issues, not just my relative. I find it hard to understand why there are such issues since these should be relatively easy to fix. Other than that, the facility is good. These small problems seem to stick out though making it a place I would not recommend. Hopefully something will be fixed soon to make the treatment and environment for the residents great once again. It has the potential to be great again.
