My mom was at Masons for rehab after a stroke everyone treated her like family and she had a very nice stay.

The Staff at this facility are the best. The CNA's are the best I have ever seen. ( I have worked with 5 Nursing Homes in 3 States). The CNA's are the main interface with the residents for their care. Everyone is important but CNA's are normally the first responders. I have found the top management to be honest unlike some other places I have been. The Nurses are great also. Their numbers are limited ; that is why it is important to have the best CNA's. The Kitchen Staff provides very good food and service. The Laundry and House Keeping do a fantastic job. I am very happy with Mason's

This facility is a 5 star care center. The staff was always helpful. My Dad and brother have both needed there assistance. The hall ways are always kept clean. The rooms are always taken care of. And the staff is awesome. The rehab program is just awesome at what they do!!! Hands down we recommend this facility to anyone and everyone for a family need.

My mother was at this facility for a few months for rehabilitation after she broke her hip. The staff took good care of here and provided her with her treatments, meals, and medication in a timely manner. Place was clean and well maintained.
The lady in the office to the right when entering the building was very nice and courteous. Very knowledgeable about the operations of the building and company. I believe she was the HR Coordinator. Very helpful. I would give a five but I could never find management when I needed to speak with them other than the HR Coordinator.
Not a bad place though. My mother recovered and moved out after three months.

I like Mason Health Center because their therapy department is better.

Upon walking in the door, the first thing I noticed is that it did NOT smell of urine. This means that the staff does change adult diapers on a regular basis. I did not hear anyone yelling for a nurse, or see any call lights on. This indicates to me that the staff answers the lights promptly. There was a nurse at the desk, who smiled and asked if I needed some assistance. The halls were free of clutter, and the building looked well maintained. The residents didn't seem unhappy at all, and I even saw a few outside in the courtyard enjoying the weather.
