My mother has been at the facility for 2 weeks. She is not changed regularly, she is not given water, I have to bring her water, after several calls to complain I don't receive any calls back. this place looks nice, but looks are very deceiving. Stay far far away!!!!

This place is HORRIBLE, they are terrible terrible people who DONT care for these people. The meals are disgusting and most days can't even tell you what it is. Lots of times they forget to even give them a meal. Is patient screaming help me I just wanna go to bed and get out of my wheelchair care for hours. Others falling down because they don't answer the call light. They just sent one off to a crazy home because that person was always telling the staff how things were wrong and how they all were getting treated. So off that one went. But never once was a issue resolved . And for a human to allow another human to get treated in that way is disgusting. At ALL HOURS of the night anyone can enter that building. Never once has those doors been locked. It's UNBELIEVABLE. I have several photos and records of those place and will be reporting this facility. .

My mom is at Dyer Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. They're awful. They told us that once her quarantine was done we would be able to have in-person visits, and the admissions person lied about that because that was not allowed at the time. We dropped off her suitcase with her cellphone and some clothes in it. They already lost her suitcase, her cellphone, and her clothes. She has no clothes, no toothbrush, no cellphone. They do not return phone calls. The nurse's voicemail is full all the time. I spoke with the administrator, she said things would change, and they have not changed. There have a been a couple helpful staff.
My mom does not like the food. That's all I know. I don't get to see it so I don't know. We only got to go in the front door. It seems like things were disorganized. It's not a very good value because they don't understand what they're providing. Everything is disorganized. They need to get more organized and they need to make sure that the family can communicate with the residents. They need to make sure what is the personal property that is sent for the residents makes it to the right room.

Dyer and nursing home staff on west side of their building allowed for my grandmother to get a hole on her back. The staff was not showering her changing her or turning her, and my grandmother was the sweetest she's not mean. When I went to talk to management they didn't seem concerned or tried to do anything. I will say some of their staff did care and really went out of their way to help her, some just didn't care they would hit her and tell her if she didn't move she would stay in bed all day. My grandmother was with it too she was sharp as a tack. But they insisted she was losing her memory and was crazy. At the end she had so many bed sores and two huge holes one on her buttocks and one on her lower back which became one big one.

The staff was duplicative and caught them lying about my family member's care several times. He never had a bedsore until he stayed at this home. Food would be spilled on the floor and left there for several days until I cleaned it up myself. If you have another option for care, don't send them here.

We did go to Dyer Nursing and Rehab, but they did not have a dementia unit, so we decided against this one. I liked the looks of it, and the way they were set up. The room looked fine, large enough, and clean. The staff was very polite and very informative.

every time I came to visit my grandmother all the staff knew me and my family! They were all aware of my grandmother's condition and always took the time to educate us on what we can do to make it easier on her. ( she was there for a year and then she was placed on hospice care) they were truly kind and caring!

Dyer Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was a really beautiful place. We really like the place when we visited. We really wanted mom to be there. The staff were very helpful. However, they could not accommodate her because they were afraid she would just get out of the facility if she wanted to.
