Aunt stayed for 2 weeks while primary caregiver was out of town. When family came to pick her up, she was asleep at a table along with another woman. Both were soaked in urine. Her glucose level was over 400 - no one had administered her medication nor monitored her diabetes. Restroom facilities were filthy & caked in feces.
