I did respite care for two-and-a-half weeks in Jewel Place. They were wonderful. They were great. It was close to home. The people were wonderful. The food was delicious. Everything about it was just perfect. I couldn't ask for nicer people to deal with. They were all friendly, and they came in and talked and spent time with me. For that kind of setting, with that many people that they are feeding, the food was excellent, and they had wonderful choices. I had Cuban food and Chinese food. The food was excellent. It was a very clean, nice place. I'm even considering it from my mother, and if she decides to go in assisted living, I would consider that first. The facilities were very clean. The little studio was clean and new. It seemed like it was fairly new, and everything was just great. It wasn't any less expensive than other places, but for the value, it was well worth what I paid.

We toured Jewel Place for my mother, and it was very nice. We met very nice people. There was one lady who said she had lived there for three years, and she really loved it. All the feedback was good. It was very nice, it was very clean, the people were nice, and it was a good impression. It is a small community but nicely run. The location was good; it was near shopping. The rooms were small but clean, with a mini-fridge and a microwave in each room. They have private and suite bathrooms.

The rooms are clean, bright and updated and community was very cozy and home like. It definitely did not have a clinical feel to it. More like home!!! The staff was super nice. Everyone introduced themselves and seemed to really enjoy their job.
