I reached out to Primrose Retirement myself, and we went there to see it. It was great, but it was a little above our budget. The staff, Jodie, was very helpful, and she went above and beyond in trying to give us information.
The place would have been closer to us so it's ideal, but it's $1000 more a month just for renting the room, and that doesn't include any care package or care plan that we would want to add. So we can't really afford it for him.
We saw their dining area, and she said there is an ice-cream parlor there. We also looked at their studio apartment, and it was a nice size for a studio. Their bathrooms were huge, so it would be good for wheelchairs. Everything was clean, there wasn't any odor or anything like that, and everybody was so kind.
