Nice nurses, good care. Poor administration. Also misinformed patient. Facility all about making money!

I have been thoroughly impressed with the Heritage of Huntington! The facilities are clean, attractive and comfortable. The staff is professional, approachable and caring. My aunt is well taken care of. Any time I or any other member of our family has a question or concern, the staff at the Heritage of Huntington has always been happy to help us. They are very good at following up if we have any concerns as well. There are regular activities for a variety of interests and socialization is encouraged! Maybe the most impressive thing to me is how the Heritage really tries to make the surroundings as much like a home as possible. My aunt's stay has been a positive experience; so much so, that I myself would choose this particular facility if the need ever arises for me to enter a nursing home. The atmosphere there is much more like a family than an impersonal business.
