I had a wonderful stay, the staff was kind and workers were very nice and facility was very clean. I highly recommend this place if you want rehab. The therapy department was very goo and always willing to assist you. I love the food and I love that you have many many choices of what you want to eat. I love that you have a say in what you want and the people are so nice.

My mother is at Crown Point Christian Village. She is still in the quarantine. The staff is good. I've heard no complaints. The food is good. She is not in her permanent room yet because she is in the quarantine area before they move her into a regular room. It is in a transition. I've heard no complaints about it from my mother, so I take that as a good thing. People are not allowed in there yet. Everything is on lockdown. There are no activities. From the outside, it looks great. I like it. It looks really good. It looks professional and clean. They have a lot of safety protocols, so it is all good. I'm just glad we were able to get her somewhere because a lot of places were full or too far away. We got her in a facility, which is a good thing. The staff communicates with us, so that's a positive. The staff is OK. I would recommend anybody in this situation that is placing a loved one anywhere, it is essential that that person has a cell phone. Typically, that's their only communication to the outside world. The staff is good. They answer our questions, and they engage us in conversation, so it is good.
