Sister of Mary Givens

The rooms were dirty. The bathrooms even worse. Interactions with Staff? Really....they were the worse people I have ever interacted with in my life. I have to assume that the staff receives training on how to be rude to patients and their guest. Only activity I saw there was smoking. Signs in the rooms give the smoking times. Or as the sign says "Smokeing Times"......And they were gathered up like cattle and sent them on their way. The community should do something about this place. Either close it or restaff... My sister died there. She died in the worst conditions anyone should die in.....And yes, I was there to see it all happen......

I give it 1 star only because of the caring CNA staff. Be careful not to allow the nurses to 5alk you or your family member into switching to this facility's doctor. If they try to tell you that your or your family member's doctor is not returning their calls, check with your doctor personally. Our family member went down hill quick after switching to this facility's doctor.

If I could give this place a 0 stars, I would. My mom did rehab here several times during 2016. She was given terrible care and ended up leaving the facility in worse shape than she went in. She left with several pressure sores. We had to make numerous complaints and calls and nothing was done. In the end, she had to be hospitalized less than a week after being discharged as she was not well when she was discharged thanks to the care she received there. Choose another facility if you care about your loved one.

Terrible. My father was not given meds on regular basis, breathing treatments were not given, Conditions were dirty and food was horrible. They did not care if he ate or drank anything.
