My mother is a resident of Autumn Glen. It is fine. We don't have any problems with them. I haven't been there during the times that they have activities. My mother's room is clean and nice. The staff members are helpful. I haven't eaten the food myself, but it is good. Everything is nice. There is a courtyard, seating areas, a library, and a room where they play cards. The place is very well maintained.

Autumn Glen was the best we've seen and was our first choice. I liked the configuration of the hallways. The entrance of each room was indented, like in a very nice hotel, and the rooms were larger.

A truly wonderful facility, with caring, dedicated staff. My father was treated with love and respect throughout his stay at Autumn Glen. The care he received was truly extraordinary, for which I will be forever grateful.

I really liked Autumn Glen, and I was impressed with them, but they just couldn't give me the comfort that there wouldn't be a chance that my mom won't get out. They had regular apartments, and they didn't have memory care. My mom would have been out of her room just like all the rest of them, just that she has to wear a band on her wrist that if she got close to an exit door, it would set off an alarm. I talked to one of the girls there, and she said that they only have one aide and one nurse at night, and if they're both busy with another resident in the bathroom, they can't go off and leave him if an alarm goes off. There's a possibility Mom could get out and get hurt. But they have really nice and bright rooms, and their hallways are pretty wide and doorways are fine. I don't think people in wheelchairs would have issues. They have handicap bathrooms which are pretty wide and have handrails all over. If they had a locked unit, my mom would have been there, but they didn't, and I just couldn't take the chance.

I thought Autumn Glen was attractive and clean. We looked at a studio that was big enough for my mother-in-law. I was very pleased with the staff; everybody was very nice, courteous, and helpful. I am pleased that they have porches that are screened-in, so they could sit outside if they want to. They had three meals a day. The building was homey and a nice size, so you didn’t feel like you were lost in a shuffle.

Autumn Glen was nice and really elegant, but it cost too much. I would recommend it if you could afford it. It was definitely a nice place to live and was small with probably only 20 or 25 residents. It was quiet, peaceful, nice, and clean. The people were very nice. The staff was very polite and friendly.

I went to Autumn Glen. It was an extremely nice place. It is very small, and it is expensive, but everything is well done. They have good food and very nice people.

My sister is staying in Autumn Glen. It is very clean and the CEO there is very help to us. The staff is very helpful and very good. She is in one room. It has a little kitchenette, seat, a microwave, bed, recliner and she had her private bath. It is good for my sister. I eat there with her quite often and I think they have very good food. I have no complaint about Autumn Glen. They have been very helpful to my sister. When she is very ill, they bring her to the hospital. When she is release, they bring her back to her room. They are very good to her. They have several activities. They have card games and bingo. They have therapy room. They have a beautician. They have about everything that they want right there. They have a night once a week where they take you out to a restaurant. The grounds are very nice. All the maintenance workers outside and inside are very nice. The nurses are very nice people and will help you in anyway.
The dining area is very nice. They have white linen tablecloth, linen napkins and pretty crystal drinking glasses. When you walk into the dining room, it is really inviting. I will recommend it to anyone that I know of because it is one of the best places that you can go that is like a home away from home.
