very concerned and disappointed

I'm very upset . This place smells so bad I couldn't stay to visit long . It's heartbreaking the people that have to live there has to live with that unclean nasty smell. And be in rooms so small with room mates .

My relative is in Pine Haven. Basically, they are understaffed. The rooms are too small. The staff is all right. The dining room is fine. They can improve on their management.

My dad was at Pine Haven. The food wasn’t all that great but the facility wasn’t bad. They took care of the patients pretty good. It was clean and well-maintained.

I haven't been to many facilities but I knew a few people who worked there when my grandma was living there. it was a nice place with friendly people working and living there.
