Brookdale Portage Wyndmoor is a nice place. The staff was nice, the facility is nice, and they cook the meals for them. They also have people who assist with my mom's needs. With the restrictions and everything, I took my mom, got her settled, and that was it. But my mom says she likes it when I talk to her. They have activities and things like that -- it's just with this time of year and there's COVID.... Overall, the staffing, assistance, and the placement specialist there were very helpful. I haven't tasted the food, but right now she likes it. They have a salon, and they take them on trips.
