such regret

We are so sorry we let our Grandma spend EVEN ONE NIGHT there. There is no doubt in our minds and hearts that she would still be with us today if she had any real care and attention. Covid rules for family visits is a cover up to be undstaffed and just flat lazy.

So many things. They don’t follow care plans, consistently short staffed, don’t know where Mom is, not in dining room but on the bathroom floor for who knows how long, not taking her to the restroom, call button on the floor. This isn’t one time, this is all the time. Promises promises promises. They mean nothing here.

The nurse especially on 400 floor mom room is big beautiful room staff there are great they hug mom makes mom feel like family they have lots of entertainment me and my sisters go to entertainment we enjoy it they always keep mom busy doing something like games singing I highly recommend this place

Our experience with Addison Pointe has been great. We really loved it. The environment and everything was good. The staff was good. My only difficulty was sometimes it's difficult to get in touch with them, but once I've been able to get in touch with them, it's been fine. My mother likes the food. We chose it because it was close to where she grew up and where she has been living all her life.
