I live in Encore 55+ Boutique Apartments Northeast. It's wonderful. I like the amenities. We have Wi-Fi, water is included, and they pick up your trash from your door. We have a theater and an exercise room. Our apartments are equipped with full size washing machine and dryers. The staff are professional, but friendly. We have all kinds of activities like riding clubs, reading clubs, card clubs, religious clubs, and just all kind of stuff.
