About This Community

Alliance Home Health Care has been serving the medical and non-medical home care needs of senior adults in the Indianapolis Area since 1991. Depressed and lonely
I have been with this agency since 01. 03.15 this is the 4th agency that I have tried, normally my problem was that ther other agencies sent too many different home health aids to my house; I couldn't get continuity of care .... this time I was able to get continuity of care within a month or so but the office staff (the schedulers) are not competent; they get days and times for thev aides mixed up; if an aide calls off sick or something they (the schedulers) won't call me; there have been times that I had to call the office to find out that the aid was not coming. I am pleased as of now with the aids I have although some sre threatening to quit the company due to the office staff (the schedulers) incompetence in other areas.
