Sugar Fork Crossing was very nice. We were there when there was a storm going on and even as far as protection wise, they wanted to make sure that the clients, as well as the people that were there and even ourselves, were protected from the storm that came through. The area was very nice and very well done. The rooms were very well put together. We looked through the kitchen areas, their dining, the seating area, and the movie theater, and all of it was very nice and very clean. Because of the storm being there, they asked for us to stay in place like they did their residents. Afterward, we watched a service where the residents were singing and there were people doing puzzles. There were a lot of things that were offered there for individuals. The facility was very nicely constructed with a lot of lighting and was very well done. They told us about transportation and the way that they could take them out. All of our questions were answered. They go on outings and things of that nature. It was very clean, well-decorated, very light, and very appealing.

I toured Sugar Fork Crossing and it was the nicest place I've ever seen. There were only a couple of people there that I met that took me on the tour and they were just wonderful. Everybody there loved them. They knew all the residents by name. They had their names on the doors. They were having something like a luau. They have music, and a guy was playing music. He was really good, and all the people were just loving it. They were clapping and carrying on and were all having a good time. They have restaurant-style dining rather than the big cafeteria thing. They also have a chef. You could order what you wanted, and if you didn't like it, you could send it back. The rooms were spotless and there wasn't a smell anywhere. It was open and airy and had access to the outside. It was a very quick tour because it wasn't even scheduled. I walked in there and they just took me even if they were having a very, very busy day. They have a spa and an exercise room. They have everything.

My mom moved into Sugar Fork Crossing. It was clean. They have good facilities, it's new, and they seem to care. The staff is confident, caring, helpful, and they go above and beyond. She said the food is pretty good. They do physical therapy, they do speech therapy. They have activities, they have group activities, they have movie nights, they have bingo, and they take them on outings. They do all kinds of stuff.

I like Sugar Fork Crossing the most, it's one-level and it was not confusing as far as getting around. It was very pleasant, it's a new facility and the staff was wonderful. Everything that you could need is there. The tour experience was great. The person who was showing us around was very competent and very caring. They asked first about my parents and they did a good job. They offered us to come back for a meal on February 14th. They had a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

My mother was in Sugar Fork Crossing, and it was a very nice place, very nice facility. My sister said they really treated Mom very, very well. I think their care from what I heard was really excellent. She was really feeling bad when she moved there, but just they went above and beyond, trying to keep her comfortable 'til we had to move her to a hospital. They were very professional and very caring. My sister said it looked brand new, and everything was spotless.
