Cedarhurst of Breese was all very good. It's very nice and new. It's only two or three years old. The staff was excellent. They had the rosary going on and they had sittercise in the beginning. The rooms were excellent. The one-bedroom had plenty of footage for the price. It was very comparable.

My visit to Cedarhurst of Breese was very informative. It's a new place so everything is neat and clean. Their facilities are nicer than the other place in the way they're arranged. They take very good care of mom. They should just make basic meals. These older people don't want sauces and crap and all they're trying to put together. I know they're trying to be economical but if they just make decent meals, they'll be better off. In terms of value for the money, they're probably at the top of the scale. The dining room is nice, no difference than any of the other ones. It's a sit-down dining, they're served and they don't go through a line.

Cedarhurst of Breese was very nice but more expensive and didn't have a warm environment. The staff members were nice but not overly-warm and friendly. The layout was nice, it had nice updated features since it's a newer community. The rooms were very nice, and the dining area kind of looked like a park pavilion. It was not very warm, just an open area with very little decorations and not many wall hangings. It looks like a cafeteria. For every little extra service, there's an upcharge. It’s a modern community.

Legacy Place (Breese) would be nice enough if I didn't know better. It's in an industrial part of town. There's manufacturing going on around the facility, and I need something other than just being in a building. The place is new and well-made, but you're not connected to the land in any way. It's like there's a big block of space. The facility is clean, rather neat, and new. There are nice people working there. They have a small dining room, but there is plenty of space for the residents. The place has a lot of long halls to go through. They're attractively decorated and spotless.
