Home health services provided to my mother were amazing! Communication was on-going, staff arrived on time. Caring and knowledgeable staff that did a great job getting my mom back on her feet. Highly recommend their services.
a son looking after his father

I was very disappointed with the service that was given to me and my father in March of 2017. Communications between their staff and myself was nonexistent, I requested updates and never received a call from the person providing the treatment. I was never even told that they were discontinuing treatment. We tried to gain their services again 9/22/2017 and my request for weekly updates on the progress was shunned. I was told to check with the nursing staff at the nursing home. I was emailed generic blank consent forms for them to evaluate my father and when I asked for them to evaluate my father any time after 5:00pm so I could be there after work, they could not accommodate my request. The forms they wanted me to sign gave them permission to treat my father but offered no schedule, type off service nor number of treatments. I also had to agree on the consent forms to pay any amounts that Medicare would not. These forms had to be signed before they would even evaluate my father. I thought this was a Christian organization and that they would be more sympathetic to the needs of the individual rather than emphasize the legal rights to money. May God show mercy on the administrators of Providence at Home

My grandmother and grandfather moved here after living 50 years in their own home. It was a emotional and difficult decision for them to move into an assisted living facility. However, after living there for about 6months they adjusted really well. The staff at the Holland Home were so warm, friendly, attentive and personable. I visited my grandparents several times while they were staying there and the staff really just felt like an extended family. The rooms were clean and beautiful. They also had a dinner area where it felt like a five-star restaurant and the waiters took the dinner orders from the residents and their families that are visiting. However, this is a normal occurrence that happens daily with or without visiting families. They also church services for each faith, however, most that live in this home come from Christian Reformed churches. They have their own beauty shop which my grandmother loved to frequently visit. My grand-parents never wanted for anything when they lived there. They had all they could need and more in their assisted living community. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
