Smith Village is beautiful. It almost looks like a resort. I've never seen a place that looked that beautiful before in my life. They have private places where residents can go, like fireplace where they can go and read. They have beautiful dining areas. It's a place that makes you want to be there. It's really cozy. Not only for its cleanliness, but it looks like a wholesome place. It looks like a nice home. They have about four tiers. They have apartments for seniors, then they have assisted living, then they have memory care, and then they have long-term skilled nursing. However, I was told that the kind of care that my mother would qualify for would require a private cost, and that's $10,000 or $11,000 a month and I was like, 'OK, forget it. I'm going to stop right here.' However, they have activities, they have a beauty parlor, and they have movies.
