Victory Centre of Bartlett was going to be ideal, but they need too much money per month. That was the only downfall for them. The staff was very helpful, very friendly, and answered all of our questions. They did a very awesome job when it comes to COVID because they had everything in place. It was very clean and very organized. If that was our choice, that's where we would be taking our parents.

I'm going to Victory Centre of Bartlett. The layout was perfect. The apartments were lovely, had nice size rooms, and everything was neat and clean. The staff was very professional, courteous, and willing to work with you. They call it supportive care, and they have another building that's independent living. The grounds were beautiful, and it's in a nice residential area.

I'm at Victory Centre of Bartlett, and it's been good so far. The staff has been helpful and courteous. My room is too small for my liking. I'm in a wheelchair, and sometimes it's hard to get through the doorways. The food is good. We play a game called Rumble Cube and sometimes trivia.

My dad is in Victory Centre. They have nurses that could give him his insulin shots, and that's what I'm really looking for. I love the place. They're so wonderful with my dad and attentive to my needs as well and try to work around them. They call me to keep me updated. It's a great facility, and the rooms are very nice with a bedroom, a little kitchen, a little family room, and a private bathroom and shower. It's very convenient being five minutes from my house.

We will be moving our mother into Victory Centre of Bartlett. Everybody seemed happy to be there. It looked comfortable, and the lobby looked like a nice hotel. The rooms looked nice and perfect for my mother. It had three separate rooms with a kitchen area, bedroom with a nice little closet, and a small sitting area. I liked that after a year, they would accept Medicaid.

My father is at Victory Centre of Bartlett. It seems fine. He has only been there for one week. He has an apartment. It is small, but it is fine for him because he is in a walker. The bathroom is nice and large. He has a nice large window. It is very clean. He likes the food. They provide many activities, but he doesn't remember to go. The one other thing that we really like is they have a community dog, which is very nice -- particularly for people who are very pet-oriented. That really seems to make a big difference. The staff is very polite and very helpful.

Victory Centre of Bartlett is much smaller, and they don’t have a pool. You can have a cat which is important to me. The dining room was small for assisted living. When I was there, they didn’t look like it was stimulating to the patrons. They were alone in a room by themselves listless. It wasn’t the most conveniently located because it wasn’t by a shopping center that you could easily access although the township bus would stop off there to go places. They do offer shuttle services to different places on different days.

The environment at Victory Centre was really nice. It wasn’t as beautiful as the other community I visited, but it met a lot of my needs, like having a nurse on staff and a beauty parlor area. The transportationprovided by the outside community. The room they showed me wasn’t as big as others I've seen elsewhere, but it was adequate and fine.

My friend was previously in Victory Centre of Bartlett. I didn’t like anything about it, including the help, the food, and the appearance. It was clean, but that’s the only good thing I can say about it. I wouldn’t say the rooms were very spacious.

The staff at Victory Center was excellent. I didn’t see too much of the place, though, because I was not ready to move in. There were several residents walking around. It had independent living with assisted living right next door. They had meals prepared for the independent living that they would bring over to your apartment.

I liked Victory Centre of Bartlett very much although the staff who toured me around didn’t have a room open to show me at the time.

My mom has been in the Victory Centre for a couple of days now, and they have been very accommodating with my mom in terms of offering to take her to mass. All the people that live there are very friendly, and they have gone through a lot to help her around. It’s a very nice place and clean. She is in a 1-bedroom apartment, and it's fine.

Victory Center was a lower end of the step, but it was still very nice. All the staff was extremely helpful. I have nothing bad to say about it. But, they could improve the overall cleanliness. Also, attention to the residents seemed to be lacking just a tiny bit when we visited. I know there there were a lot of people, so maybe we caught them on a bad day.

We went to visit Victory Centre of Bartlett and it had a nice atmosphere to it. The rooms were all decent. It was perfect if you wanted an assisted living facility.

Victory Center is an assisted living facility that would accept Medicaid. Mom was there for only four months. The place was clean and the staff was very caring. I had no complaints. They did a wonderful job. She had a nice private apartment that had two separate living quarters. One was for the bedroom and the other one was a lounge area. It wasn't very big, but it was really nice. My mom did not complain about the food. But I had to move her closer to me because I live only about 12 miles from the facility. Logistics was very important and we were running out of funds. So that was a huge consideration.
