Artis Senior Living of Bartlett is comparable with the other places I went to; they have the same layout. I like them, but they don't have just enough residents. You don't see anyone, and it's like you'd wonder if there are any people there. If my father-in-law were wandering, I wonder if it's safe since there aren't any people. Their rooms are big, and they're laid out by section or by community. Their staff was very good. The dining area was nice. It's not that open concept and only limited people can get in there. They have a parking lot and a patio. Their prices are the same as the others we looked at. I think that's why their concepts are also the same, like how you feel when you go in. The facility was clean and good.

My husband is at Artis Senior Living of Bartlett. It's only a few years old, so it's very nice looking on the interior. They have a living room area and a dining room, and I believe it's separated into four different sections or neighborhoods. The staff, as far as I can see, seemed helpful. But I am not there that much, I don't have very long visiting hours, probably because of Covid. I haven't observed any of their activities. However, I've been told that they do have things that they do outside. They have an area that's all fenced in the back. I know that they have programs back there from time to time. I had lunch there and the food was very good. They offered an incentive, but I am not completely sold out right now. But right now, it seemed like a better deal than most.

My mother was a resident of Artis of Bartlett's memory care, and they were excellent. The staff is also excellent and I have nothing but good words for them. She had a private room and it's the same for everybody else. They had entertainment come in, they had therapies, the food was just right there and the employees were excellent.
