Great physical therapy program. Other rehabs available. I will move in if I need to.

I chose Helia Healthcare for my mother because it's close to where we live. They give them a couple of choices on food. The place is really clean and they're extremely helpful. There are a lot of activities there and they bring in a lot of stuff like karaoke and band. They take them on little outings. They have a TV in their room and their own private shower and bath. It looks nice. What I liked best about the facility is their willingness to help and the location.

Mom is treated just kind of okay. The staff at Helia Health Care is not very informative. They don't give me information unless I ask. They don't pay attention to the patients' needs. Personally, they're not being professional.
